Social housing: Strengthening leadership through transformation

In the lead-up to the transformation,  not a box supported the organisation in strengthening its leadership and management capacity.

Approach
Through leadership seminars, strategic development, and scenario forecasting, not a box supported the executive team in navigating the upcoming merger. The process focused on aligning leadership around a shared direction and preparing the organisation for structural and cultural integration.

Impact
We helped prepare the organisation for a new chapter - developing a leadership framework, a shared core narrative, and an Owner’s Manual to support clarity, cohesion, and direction.

Our work focused on equipping leaders with the tools and mindset needed to navigate change, align cultures, and build a strong, unified organisation. 

The result: a more resilient, future-ready leadership team.
