Viby Syd is getting a multifunctional building where health in all aspects will benefit its visitors.
VibyHuset will support the area's masterplan and make Viby Syd an attractive neighbourhood with a diverse mix of residents where residents thrive. The various stakeholders want both a community centre and a health centre. not a box has described how the two can be combined in one building and rethinks what a health centre is and can be.
VibyHuset will be a vibrant and open house with a number of citizen-oriented functions such as holistic employment initiatives, pop-up library and citizen services, as well as initiatives targeting children and young people.

Approach
In preparation for the construction project, not a box has analysed the qualities, potentials and needs of the area. Our work has ensured a shared vision that reflects the goals of both the Århus Omegn and Aarhus Municipality Sundhed og Omsorg.
Through a wide range of engagement and analysis methods, we have mapped the opportunity space, operating models, funding support and what needs to be strengthened for Viby Syd.
Based on this phase, we have developed a dogma for VibyHuset that will guide the next phase. As well as outlining key deliverables for the next phase and a roadmap for the next and exciting phase of the project.
