not a box welcomes Anne Grave, our new Senior Director

On October 1st, we welcomed Anne Grave as the new Senior Director of not a box.

Anne brings over a decade of experience from some of Denmark’s most renowned architecture and design firms – Henning Larsen Architects, Dorte Mandrup, and Kontrapunkt – where she has created value through strategic thinking, design-driven solutions, and a deep understanding of human dynamics. With her sharp eye for detail and solid experience in change and strategy processes, Anne will be a key driver in elevating our deliveries to the next level.

As an anthropologist, Anne has a genuine passion for human dynamics and relationships – something that not only strengthens our work with clients and partners, but also contributes to the ongoing development of the not a box culture internally.
