Public health and quality of life, the Norwegian way

We have just returned from a study trip to Norway, hosted by Sund By Netværket - part of WHOs Healthy Cities Network - and not a box.

Together, we spent two days in Oslo og Lillehammer, focused on insights from Norway’s long-standing work with public health, quality of life, and cross-sector collaboration.

It was two days packed with powerful Nordic inspiration. And we came home with a clear confirmation of what we already suspected: that the future of public health is based on intersectoral partnerships and co-creation processes.

We look forward to sharing key learnings from the trip – and, most importantly, to developing new actions with the participants. A heartfelt thank you to our generous hosts for their presentations and insights, and to our engaged delegation for their active participation.

Heia Norge!
