On Friday, we welcomed 24 newly graduated professionals to our first not a box Talent Forum. An afternoon of curiosity, new connections and honest conversations about advisory work and stepping into work life as a recent graduate.

The event brought together early‑career talent interested in understanding how we at not a box approach advisory work geared towards complex problems and societal change.

True to the not a box ethos, the afternoon wasn’t about formalised recruitment pitches or exchanging CVs. Instead, we created a space for dialogue, reflection and learning from one another.
