To align the new hospital with the organisation’s structure and culture, not a box has led a six-month development process focused on strategic direction and change readiness. Through maturity analyses, observational studies, and five targeted leadership workshops, we helped clarify ambitions, define operational premises, and strengthen organisational agility.

The outcome is a concrete five-year action plan, including a 100-day roadmap for the executive team. The process has fostered a shared understanding of future needs across departments and laid the groundwork for long-term transformation.
