not a box was founded in 2021 by Henrik Schødts and Søren Sünksen. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, we have seen steady growth since our launch and today employ 12 people in total.
Our core team is comprised by individuals with extensive top-level management experience, supported by an interdisciplinary task force of professionals with background in fields such as public health, city planning, economics, anthropology, art curation, conflict management, and political science.
This allows us to step outside existing organisational logic and accepted systemic knowledge to facilitate the co-creation of solutions with direct impact and relevance for practitioners.

Agnes holds a BA in Political Science and is currently pursuing an MA within the field from Aarhus University. She has particular interest and work experience in Public Affairs, as well as experience from an international research institute and participation in a Nordic Council of Ministers’ project concerning mobilisation of youth in rural areas.

Co-founder of Nordic Health Lab, he is a recognised speaker and was appointed to the HIMSS Future50 for his work in health, technology, and innovation.
