Creating learning communities in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality 

Approach
All children need to be part of a community to thrive, learn, and grow. To enable this as a central principle in their education policy, Faaborg Midtfyn Municipality has outlined an ambitious project to build learning communities that unlock every child’s potential in public institutions and daycares throughout the municipality.

The ambition is to move from inclusion to participation – where the focus shifts from individual adaptation to the quality of the shared learning environments.

Impact
We helped design and facilitate the process, involving children, families, professionals, and local actors. Following this, we participated in formulating a programme description that outlines the vision and its implementation.
