Renewing Sund By Netværket’s strategic role

In close collaboration with the board and secretariat, not a box is guiding a strategic repositioning of Sund By Netværket – the Danish section of the WHO Healthy Cities Network. The process focuses on clarifying the network’s future role, enhancing leadership capacity, and developing a renewed visual and linguistic identity.

This includes strategic development, partnership facilitation, financial modelling, and organisational support. At the same time, a new public profile is being shaped to reflect the network’s ambitions and relevance in a shifting health policy environment.

Impact
The collaboration has evolved into a formal development partnership focused on innovation, method development, and concrete action – positioning Sund By Netværket as a proactive and visible actor in the future of Danish public health.
