Approach
To support BørnUngeLiv’s ambition to evolve as a relevant and future-oriented organisation, not a boxfacilitates a structured development process anchored in the board. The process spans five phases, beginning with interviews and a shared assessment of the organisation’s current position, followed by an external landscape analysis and scenario development.

Workshops and working sessions with the board explore BørnUngeLiv’s potential roles in national agendas, including partnerships, sponsorships, and data-driven insights into children’s well-being. The process also includes a review of the board’s composition, governance, and strategic leadership capacity.

Impact
The process will result in a renewed strategy, a prioritised execution plan, and concrete recommendations for governance, competencies, and future business models. Tools such as a 100-day activity plan and a 900-day vision will guide implementation. The outcome is a stronger, more agile organisation ready to lead and respond to emerging needs in the field of children and youth.
